Deliveries and returns

ORDER

1. To place an order it is necessary that the Customer:

a) Make your registration, providing the requested information, namely Address, Telephone Contact, E-mail;

b) Complete the information and choose the options that are made available to you throughout the “check-out” process (delivery and invoicing address; shipping method; payment method).

2. The Customer can send his order through the purchasing process referred to in the above website as “confirm”, after having used the online device, by selecting “Add to shopping cart”, from the online catalogue provided.

3. The sending of the order by the Customer is equivalent to full and complete acceptance of the prices and description of the products available for sale, as well as the general sales conditions that will be the only ones applicable to the contract thus concluded.

4. VIRTUGAL will honour the orders received on-line only up to the limit of the stocks available, in the lack of availability of the product it commits to inform the Customer as soon as possible.

5. VIRTUGAL is not responsible for any computer problem in the website.

DELIVERY

1. The orders will be delivered through VIRTUGAL’s services, being the postage paid by the customer.

2. VIRTUGAL commits to deliver the ordered articles as soon as possible, not assuming, however, any responsibility for the inconveniences or damages inherent to the non-fulfilment of the same.

3. To follow up on an order in progress, the Customer should send an e-mail to VIRTUGAL’s services: geral@virtuoso.pt.

4. To estimate the total time until an order is received, the Customer should bear in mind that the date to consider for the start of the count will always be the date of receipt of payment of the same.

PAYMENT

VIRTUGAL offers the Customer the following payment methods:

a) Bank transfer (in this case, the customer must send a copy of the bank transfer to the e-mail: geral@virtuoso.pt indicating the order number.

c) Bank check to the order of VIRTUGAL, indicating the order number on the back of the check.

2. The payment to be made by the Customer will consist of the value of the ordered products, plus shipping costs, when applicable.

3. The ordered products will only be dispatched after receipt of payment and proper collection of the same.

4. VIRTUGAL will make every effort to guarantee the maximum confidentiality and security of the data transmitted through the internet.

PRICES

1. The prices of the products are to be understood in Euros. by adding the VAT tax in force on the date of payment of the order.

GUARANTEES

1. Any product purchased on the www.virtugal.com website may be exchanged or refunded, provided that the Customer returns it within a maximum period of 15 days, for which purpose he should contact the VIRTUGAL services: geral@virtuoso.pt.

2. The return process is simple, varying according to the provenance, so the Customer should previously contact VIRTUGAL.

3. VIRTUGAL does not accept any returns sent with postage paid or cash on delivery.

4. VIRTUGAL undertakes to reimburse the Customer within 30 days of receiving the return by cheque or bank transfer to an account to be indicated.

5. The products returned must be in perfect conditions of sale and use, i.e. in the same state in which they arrived at the Customer’s hands.

6. If the value resulting from the exchange of products in an order is higher than the initial value of the same, the Customer will have to pay the difference, using one of the payment methods referred to in the Payment section.

7. If the value resulting from the exchange of products of an order is lower than the initial value of the same, or in case of return, the customer may request the refund of that amount by bank transfer to the account to be indicated.

8. Items sent free of charge, in the form of gifts or bonuses, will not be refunded.

9. The shipping and banking costs associated with the return of products will be borne exclusively by the customer.
